Be prepared to play at least one movement of a major work from the concerto repertoire; a complete major unaccompanied work; at least one movement of a major work from the sonata or duo repertoire; a complete 20th-century composition. All soprano and mezzo soprano applicants are required to submit a preliminary audition
ÇлçÇÐÀ§(Undergraduate):
Freshman : applicants should prepare three selections: one song in English, one song in Italian (pre-1800 from any early Italian anthology), and one song in a language of the applicant's choice. No operatic arias, please.
Transfer : applicants should prepare four songs, at least one in each of the following languages: Italian, English and either French or German. The Italian language requirement may be filled by singing an aria from the Early Italian Anthology. Transfer applicants at the Junior level may include an operatic or oratorio aria as a fifth selection.
¼®»çÇÐÀ§(Graduate):
All voice applicants should prepare five selections encompassing four languages and three stylistic periods. At least three selections should be from concert song repertoire. Italian and English languages must be represented. An operatic or oratorio aria should be included as part of your audition repertoire.

Submit three or four scores of original compositions with the application for admission. Each of the submitted scores should be a bound photocopy of the original manuscript. If available, please include a CD or cassette recording of the submitted compositions. Show, through transcripts or other supporting documents, proof of theoretical study.
